About the wine
Traditional Method Premium Sparkling Brut, 12 months on lees, with its bright golden colour, features fine, elegant bubbles and aromas of fresh apple, pear and citrus, complemented by subtle notes of white flowers and honey. Grapes grown on south‐facing slopes give the wine exceptional freshness, minerality and precision. On the palate it is crisp, well‐structured and balanced, with a clean, lingering finish. Perfect as an aperitif and an excellent companion to seafood, fish dishes, light salads and delicate cheeses The 2024 vintage was a breakout year for the estate, showcasing how beautifully cool-climate viticulture handles traditional-method sparkling wine. This Brut represents the pinnacle of their boutique production.
