Condition

The Wine Cru is absolutely committed to providing the best quality wines, therefore we make every effort to give as much information as possible about each wine and can supply more information and photographs on request.

However, we are unable to accept responsibility for wines that are out of condition or corked. It is therefore important that the purchaser is aware of the likely condition of particularly old wines, and as such returns and refunds are not available.

Force Majeure

The Wine Cru Limited will not be liable for failure to meet agreed obligations due to prevailing circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
