About the wine
A dry white wine with a luminous straw color, captivating with a complex aroma of ripe apples, pear, and citrus, enhanced by subtle notes of white flowers, herbs, and honey. The grapes come from south- facing slopes, which give the wine exceptional intensity and richness of flavor. Harmonious on the palate, with balanced acidity and a delicate mineral finish. Perfect for fish dishes, seafood, fresh salads, and cheeses.
Typical blend, Riesling, Solaris, Johanniter, St Peppin. 75cl bottle. Abv 11.5%
