About the wine

A Georgian Style very fruity orange wine. Born from the earth, it matured there for seven months, sealed in a traditional Qvevri clay amphora. This wine is not so much a product as a process – Johanniter, Riesling, Solaris, and St. Pepin fermented and macerated together, unhurriedly, gaining strength, color, and character. In the glass, it delights with its amber color, and in the mouth with its tannic structure, complexity, and slightly spicy finish. It smells of dried fruit, apple peel, and a hint of tea—like an echo of past summers captured in clay
