Gundog Estate Wild Semillon Vintage 2022

Gundog Estate was established in 2006 by the Burton family. The brand follows a simple but effective philosophy of producing small quantities of super premium, regionally distinct wine. With fruit sourced from contrasting terroirs in the Hunter Valley and Canberra District. Through a measured winemaking approach that reflects a thoughtful combination of innovation and respect for tradition, Gundog intentionally pushes the boundaries of traditional Hunter Valley Semillon by fermenting around 30% of the wine on skins, using indigenous (wild) yeasts. Gundog Estate has become one of Australia’s leading new boutique wine producers.
