Domaine Vieux Telegraphe Chateauneuf Du Pape Vintage 2014

Domaine du Vieux Télégraphe is a producer in the southern Rhône region of Chateauneuf-du-Pape. Owned by the Brunier family for more than 100 years, Vieux Télégraphe is one of the best-known producers in the region. The 2014 vintage was a difficult one, but the southern Rhone faired a little better than the North and the best producers wines are very good.

Typical blend, Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Mourvèdre. 75cl bottle, Abv 14%

Bottle condition, capsule good, label good, wine level in neck.

Critic tasting note:

(2014 vintage) "Medium bodied, soft, elegant, fresh and forward, there is good sweetness ad purity to the red fruits, with quite a bit of lift, and an earthy, floral note to complicate matters.
