Cremant De Loire Renee Fouche Brut Non Vintage

Chateau Pas de Loup is 10 kilometres south of Saumur in the heart of the Loire Valley. It is surrounded by vineyards growing Chenin Blanc, which makes up a large proportion of this wine. The owner, Christophe Bettany, has produced a blend in honour of his mother, Renée Fouché, which reflects her traditional roots in the area, but also her convivial outlook to life. 

Produced by the traditional method, Crémant de Loire is hugely popular in the bars and restaurants of Paris. Crisp, smooth and appetising, this fizz has honied and gently floral characters. Not too dry, this nicely balanced bubbly would be delicious served as an aperitif with savoury canapés.

Typical blend, Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc. 75cl bottle Abv 12.5%
