Chateau Haut Batailley Vintage 1983

The original Batailley estate was purchased by the Borie family and divided into two in 1942 to avoid conflict in inheritance. Francois Borie took over the smaller of the estates and named it Haut Batailley.The 1983 vintage stands in the shadow of the great 1982 vintage, but it is also a very good vintage.

Typical blend, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc. 75cl bottle. Abv not stated.
