Chateau Haut Bages Liberal Vintage 2000

Owned by the Cruse family from 1960 to 1983. They sold to Jacques Merlout and it is his granddaughter that took over the running of the estate for the 2000 vintage. Classified as a 5th growth in 1855 and producing consistently good wine. The 2000 vintage was wonderful for Bordeaux, particularly in the Medoc.

Typical blend, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot. 75cl bottle. Abv 13.5%
