Chateau Giscours Vintage 1987

Located just north of Bordeaux this well respected estate has one of the largest vineyards in the Haut Medoc. Until the 1990s the blend was Merlot dominated, which was quite unusual for a Margaux wine. The 1987 vintage wines were made in a lighter style after some rain at harvest time.

Typical blend, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon. 75cl bottle. Abv 12.5%

Bottle condition, capsule good, label a little bin soiled, wine level base of neck.
