Up until 1987 this property sold all its wine to one particular merchant. This changed when it was inherited by Pierre-Bernard Guisez. He set out to have the wine promoted from Saint Émilion Grand Cru to Saint Émilion Grand Cru Classe. He achieved this in 2005. The 1993 vintage was a difficult one where the weather didn't play ball. Some nice wines were made, but not for the long hall
Typical blend, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, 75cl bottle. 12.5% Abv

Tasting Note Idealwine No date
Full-bodied, rich and concentrated on the palate, it develops woody, animal aromas with a hint of plums. Good aromatic length ensures a pleasant finish.
