From the small region of Pecharmant within the Bergerac appellation. This Chateau is rich in history for its evolvement during the hundred years war and the Huguenot's. Count César-Alexandre de La Panouse acquired it in 1826. His son gave it its current appearance around 1850. Preserved by his descendants until 2022, the castle is listed in the Supplementary Inventory of Historical Monuments

Producer Notes
Made from vines aged 15 to 58 years in our vineyard, this lovely wine is very typical of the Pécharmant terroir, offering a beautiful nose of black cherry and Morello cherry, a full-bodied palate, soft tannins, and a long finish.
