Chateau Citran Vintage 1966

The Miailhe family bought the property in 1945 and undertook a renovation programme of this well respected Haut Medoc  estate. They sold in 1987. The 1966 vintage was very good for the region and has lasted well and can still give pleasure.

Typical blend, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc. 75cl bottle. Abv not stated.

Bottle condition, capsule good, label good, wine level very top shoulder

Complex aromas. Improved with aeration and the food (filet poivre).
