Chateau Cissac has long been a favourite wine here at The Wine Cru HQ. A traditional style of claret and performing above its Cru Bourgeois status. 1982 was a landmark vintage for many reasons and certainly a very good one, which has stood the test of time.
Typical blend, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot. 75cl bottle. Abv 12%

Wonderful damson, blackcurrant and blackcherry fruit with some mature cedar, pencil shaving and leather notes. Stunning nose
Silky smooth and so elegant in blind could be easily confused with Burgundy. Ripe red fruit, spice and cedar with long finish.
