Caymus Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon Vintage 2019

Another Californian Cult Classic that began life in the 1970s. Based in Rutherford and owned by the Wagner family. Grapes had been grown on the estate since the 1940s, but sold to other wineries. 2019 was an excellent vintage for the region.

Typical blend Cabernet Sauvignon. 75cl Bottle ABv 14%

Bottle condition, capsule excellent, label excellent, wine level in neck.

Food pairing, Beef, Lamb, Venison, mushroom and hard aged cheeses.
