Calem Colheita Port Vintage 1957

Porto Cálem is a famous Port producer founded in 1859 by António Alves Cálem in the Douro Valley, Portugal. Besides the Vintage Port, a number of different styles are made, including this Colheita. In a nutshell, Colheita Port is a single vintage-dated Tawny Port. It is similar to Tawny in production, appearance and flavor, but the key difference is that Colheita is the product of a single vintage and can therefore show considerable variation from year to year. This port was bottled in 1989.

Typical blend, Touriga Nacional, Tinta Barroca, Touriga Franca, Tinto Roriz. 75cl bottle. Abv 20%

Bottle condition, capsule good, label (stencil) good, wine level very top shoulder.
