Bovle Cellari formed in 1907 is the second oldest co-operative in South Africa. Named after the Bovlei area of Wellington in the Western Cape. Specialising in sweet/dessert wines such as this. Its made from Muscat of Alexandria a cousin of Muscat Blanc and known local as Hanepoot.
