Tastes of cherry, fig, red fruit, cassis, licorice, and chocolate. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThis is an elegant, somewhat feminine wine, with great purity and refinement. A real beauty. A little bit restrained at first, but it continued to open up in the glass. Really enjoyable. I had this with pasta and bolognese sauce. A wonderful pairing.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eI enjoyed this wine with my brother in law Yondan. It was from his cellar, and I’m glad he had the patience to sit on it until now. It is velvety smooth and balanced, and I believe is in prime condition now, but I see no reason why it shouldn’t drink well for several more years.
